You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from The Little Grey Girl, for a full refund
Order cancellations must be made via email quoting your order number, within 14 working days of the day after you receive your goods. If you cancel after your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the order back to me.

How to Return or Exchange and Item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may choose to cancel your order and return the item(s) to me in their original condition*
You must notify your intention to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must then be returned to me within 14 days of the notification of cancellation. We will issue a refund of the cost of the items plus the original basic postage costs on receipt, or exchange the inter if preferred.
- * The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
- the item is your responsibility until it reaches us
- For your own protection, I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless I have made a mistake and the wrong item has been sent proof the item is faulty.
- The parcel must be returned within 14 working days after notification of cancellation of the order.
I received the wrong Item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and and whether you require a refund or a replacement. I will then advise how to proceed with the return, and the correct item will be posted out.
I received a faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact me on email@example.com quoiting your order number, your name address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement, I will then advise on how to proceed with the refund and the correct item will be posted out.
Out of Stock
Should any of your order be temporarily out of stock, I will contact you to let you know and I will offer you the item when it becomes available, a similar item of the same value and quanitiy or a full refund for the item.
